Ohio River Floor Crest Stages complied by Herb Oneacre
Herb was proud of this document of flood crests he complied from the news media. As I remember, at one time the Corp Of Engineers requested a copy of this document to complete their records - that was one of his proudest moments. This is a hand typed by Herb before moving From New Martinsville, WV to Thomson, GA. He made one for me (son: Phil) and one for Patty (daughter) and perhaps others two. At the time he used an Underwood manual typewriter he bought refurbished in the 50's. When I tried using it I felt like my finger was going half way to China each time I pressed a key.
